When from a vehicle or when a person generates alarm, this alarm is sent directly to the alarm receiving center and presented on the screen of the dispatcher. Depending on the alarm procedures agreed with the client, the alarm will be followed by the dispatcher. Initially the position will be determined, followed by a first contact with the contact specified by the client (can also be the driver). Depending on the alarm and the location of the trigger device, the follow-up action will start. This follow-up action may be that the local police should be informed to intervene or that it is desirable that a private security guard will be on site. Because it is not allowed for private alarm receiving centers to get in touch with police forces across borders, this task is taken up by the partner in the Alliance, who have the appropriate competence. All subsequent actions beyond the borders are carried out verbally by dispatchers so that contact between the various partners continues with the goal to follow-up as quickly as possible.
